ESG: Social, Environmental, and Governance Impact
Since our beginnings, at ieConsumo we have worked with a firm commitment: to contribute to a safer world for consumers and the environment.
Our vision is to improve people’s health and safety by reducing accidents, injuries, deaths, and chemical pollution caused by consumer products. We pay special attention to protecting the most vulnerable groups, such as children and the elderly.
This commitment is reflected in our range of services, all aimed at maintaining a market free of unsafe products and thereby achieving our mission which is:
“the reduction of accidents related to consumer products and fostering a safer environment for everyone.”
Therefore, the company has focused its services on product risk assessment, proper labeling, compliance with applicable product safety regulations, as well as supporting companies in the process of withdrawing unsafe products from the market and training.
But we like to go further, so we develop and promote the following prevention programs in the social and environmental fields
1.- Social Impact
PIPADI Program
Between 2010 and 2014, in collaboration with twelve hospitals, we carried out a three-year pilot program focused on prevention of childhood accidents related to consumer products.
The Comprehensive Program for the Prevention of Unintentional Accidents (PIPADI) aimed primarily at identifying unsafe products and risky behaviors that could lead to injuries. Through this program, we sought to reduce the incidence of these accidents and promote comprehensive child safety.
Collaboration with the Sant Joan de Déu Foundation
As a Solidarity Company, we actively participate in the projects of the Foundation of the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital, supporting initiatives aimed at improving the lives of children in vulnerable situations.
2.- Environmental Impact
In 2024, we launched a forest cleaning project in the Tarragona area with the goal of preventing forest fires and protecting our natural environment.
This effort is part of our sustainability strategy and reinforces our commitment to environmental preservation by implementing preventive measures in this area as well.
At ieConsumo, we believe that the safety and well-being of society go hand in hand with environmental protection. Our daily work aims to generate a positive and lasting impact, building a safer and more sustainable world for future generations.

At ieConsumo we are transparent. We are committed to business ethics and corporate responsibility towards both society and the environment.
